SHATTUCK
ST. MARY'S
SUMMER CAMP
Where Goals…Lead!
Academics & Athletics
Where Goals Lead
This summer, Shattuck St. Mary's will offer its English-language camp on three separate sessions, each featuring learning, daily sports, and goal-setting.
International-Led English Instruction

Each day, students strengthen their English through dynamic instruction in communication, vocabulary, speaking, reading, and writing, guided by qualified international teachers. Small, level-based groups help ensure that every child feels supported, challenged, and able to progress with confidence.
Alongside core language development, students take part in enriching modules such as STEM and weCreate Studio, Speech & Debate, and Digital Media. These experiences make learning more meaningful and engaging, giving students opportunities to apply English in creative, practical, and confidence-building ways.
Structured Athletic Training

Each student may choose one or more sports options, including golf, swimming, racket sports, or dance, and will train daily with experienced coaches. These sessions help students build skill, confidence, and discipline while working toward personal goals.
Athletics are a core part of the program. Over two weeks, physical activity and academic learning work together to help students grow into more focused, motivated, and well-rounded learners.
The Goal Passport System
Students work with a dedicated mentor to set personal academic and athletic goals. As they reach milestones, they earn stamps in their Goal Passport, a tangible record of progress that builds confidence, accountability, and pride.
Team-building activities and weekly workshops give students time to reflect, reset, and grow, helping them develop habits that last beyond the summer.
Tangible Evidence of Growth

The program concludes with an end-of-camp showcase, where students present the goals they set and the progress they made. Families are invited to campus to celebrate their child’s achievements and see that growth firsthand.
Parents will also receive video recordings of each student’s presentation. Students leave with more than new skills. They leave with confidence, pride, and clear evidence of what they can achieve through focus and commitment.
A Complete Summer Experience
Every student takes part in the core academic program alongside daily athletics and mentorship, then selects three electives. All offerings are designed with age-appropriate depth for K–9 students, ages 6 to 15.

Robotics, science, and hands-on design come together in our weCreate Studio. Age-appropriate learning guides students from core concepts to more advanced design challenges, with an internationally accredited STEM certificate awarded at the final showcase.
Students build confidence and refine English communication through structured speaking, persuasion, and argument. Through guided practice and friendly debates, they learn to organize ideas clearly, use evidence, and speak with conviction in front of others.
Students explore video and film production from concept to final edit, learning how to plan, script, film, and edit their own short video. Their finished work is then presented as part of the end-of-camp showcase for families.
Every student selects three electives to personalize their experience. All standard electives are included in the program fee. Choose what fits your interests and goals.
- English Foundations - Practical grammar for confident speaking and writing.
- Global Studies - Discover the world through culture, geography, and global learning.
- Open Swim - Supervised pool time to build water confidence.
- Zoology - Hands-on animal science and habitat exploration.
- Open Art Studio - Create freely with drawing, paint, and mixed media.
- Racket & Court Sports - Active games and skills on courts and rackets.
For learners seeking a more focused and enriched experience, our premium electives offer expert instruction in small-group or specialized settings for an additional fee.
